LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Officials say an inmate at the Fayette County Detention Center broke back into the jail after being released.
Brandon Conley, 29, was recently released from jail after being booked on a public intoxication charge. Instead of leaving, officials allege he instead broke into the jail's boiler room where he damaged the boiler.
Conley was found and now faces charges of third degree burglary and first degree criminal mischief.
