ERLANGER, Ky. (LEX 18) — A man was arrested early Thursday morning after allegedly being seen taking items from a garage.
Police took note of a garage theft and later stopped a vehicle in Erlanger matching the description of the one leaving the scene. Inside, 39-year-old Joshua Hemsath was found along with a number of items taken from the garage.
Police also found items reported taken from other cars which will help solve a number of reported break-ins.
Hemsath is currently charged with Burglary and receiving stolen property while police continue to investigate.
