LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Lexington Police have charged a man with rape.
Alexander Becerra-Bautista, 42, was already being held on an alcohol intoxication charge when he was served with the rape charge.
Very few details about the case have been released, but a police citation indicates that he has been accused of having sex with a woman while she was asleep.
Becerra-Bautista has been held in the Fayette County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
