CARROLL COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Carroll County man has been faced with federal charges for possessing and distributing child pornography.
Leonard Andrew, 35, has been charged with sending child porn to two people in February 2018.
He has also been accused of possessing child porn when he was arrested in July 2018.
Andrew now faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
