LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The driver of an SUV escaped serious injury but not a trip to jail after losing control of a car, crashing and knocking over two utility poles.
The crash happened around 1 a.m. on Sunday morning near the intersection of Greendale Road and Fieldrush Road.
Police say the driver, who was intoxicated, suffered minor injuries. The driver was taken to the hospital and was expected to be taken to jail after.
