LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Fayette County Coroner's Office has identified the man who died in a pedestrian vs vehicle accident early Sunday morning.
Jared Tyler Willoughby was hit by a vehicle on I-64 eastbound at mile marker 84. The accident happened at 3:27 a.m.
