Man indicted in high speed chase from April

KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A man suspected of holding a woman hostage during a high-speed chase has been indicted in Knox County.

Police said that a chase led them through Gray, Lily and Keavy and ended with spike strips in Corbin. This chase happened in late April.

The alleged driver, 29-year-old Joshua Grigsby, was initially charged with attempted murder of an officer for nearly hitting deputies several times.

According to the Corbin News-Journal, he was indicted on fleeing or evading, being a persistent felony offender and unlawful imprisonment charges on Friday.
