LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A man who was wanted for setting a car on fire in Lexington in May has finally been put in the county's custody.
Mark Jones, 23, and his uncle, Harry Holimon, 26, have been accused of setting a car on fire along Man O War Boulevard.
According to court records, Jones' beard, eyelashes and arm hair were singed and Holimon had significant burns on his legs when they were initially arrested.
After Jones was indicted, police could not find him until he was arrested last week on I-75 in Laurel County.
Jones is now being held in the Fayette County Jail.
Both men have been charged with second degree arson and burning personal property to defraud an insurer.
