MT. STERLING, Ky. (LEX 18) — A fire broke out on top of the McDonalds in Mt. Sterling on Sunday after strong storms passed through the area.
The manager spoke with LEX 18 and said lightning had struck the sign on top of the building.
The lightning strike destroyed the sign, but the rest of the building was unharmed.
