CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A rape and sexual assault trial involving four national guardsmen has been pushed back again.
The trial against Anthony Tubolino, Tyler Hart, Jacob Ruth and Austin Dennis was set to start on Wednesday.
They all have different charges related to the rape and sexual assault of a fellow national guard member in 2017 that happened in Calloway County.
The prosecutor on the case said the defense asked for additional discovery.
The case has been ongoing since June 2017, when arrests were first announced.
Court dockets showed a status hearing is now set for the four defendants on November 19.
