MOUNT VERNON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Nine cars were involved in a pileup in Mount Vernon on Wednesday afternoon.
The Mount Vernon Fire Department says they've responded to several vehicle crashes, including one that involved nine vehicles near mile marker 63 between Berea and Mount Vernon.
Officials say Rockcastle EMS transported some people involved in the crash but no one received life-threatening injuries. Several law enforcement agencies and towing services also responded.
All lanes of I-75 are now back open.
