LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Christopher Ross of Lexington was charged with menacing, assault and robbery in the first degree Tuesday.
Ross is connected to Monday's shooting on Radcliffe Road.
The man Ross shot was reported to have non-life-threatening injuries.
Ross is lodged at the Fayette County Detention Center.
