OLDHAM COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A former employee at the Kentucky State Reformatory has been accused of crossing the line with a convicted rapist who is in jail there.
Police said 46-year-old Rebecca Black, a former social services clinician at the prison, had several sexually-charged phone calls with 30-year-old Michael Williams.
Williams was serving time for third degree rape.
Police said that Black sent Williams sexually suggestive pictures and videos, before and after she resigned.
Black has been charged with official misconduct.
