GLASGOW, Ky. (LEX 18) — On Saturday, the Barren County Sheriff's Office was notified about a possible stabbing victim that was brought into TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow.
The female victim was taken to the ER, interviewed by police and then flown to Vanderbilt University Hospital for further treatment.
The victim told police that she was stabbed by Brooke Pierce, 26, at a residence on Tompkinsville Road during an altercation.
Police have issued an arrest warrant for Pierce for assault in the first degree.
