LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18/WAVE) — According to police, a Louisville man and his son beat and bloodied a school bus driver, WAVE reported.

Now, that suspect is facing a $10,000 bond.

Cecil Snowden was given the bond in a hearing on Wednesday.

Police said it started when Snowden's daughter and another girl were thrown off the bus for arguing last month.

They said Snowden and his son tracked down the bus, his son attacked the driver on board, then Snowden joined in when they got off the bus.

Officers said that the driver had a broken nose, swollen jaw and a back injury.

In court on Wednesday, Snowden was ordered to have no contact with JCPS or any bus drivers.
