LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Laurel County man who was previously accused of ramming a car driven by his wife and then threatening to kill deputies has now been charged with internet harassment.

Derek McHargue, 28, was initially arrested in April 2018, following the incidents involving his wife and Laurel County deputies.

Now, he has been accused of using email and websites to harass someone in October and November of 2018.

McHargue has also been charged with threatening to kill someone and making a bomb threat around that same time.

If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in prison.
