HANCOCK COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Hancock man has been accused of sending sexually explicit messages to an underage girl over Snapchat.
Zachary Rice, 29, has been charged with unlawful transaction with a minor.
Deputies said that Rice offered the girl money in exchange for sex.
Deputies notified Child Protective Services because Rice has custody of a two-year-old child.
