PERRY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — On Nov. 21, the Kentucky State Police arrested a man in Perry County who has been charged with child sexual exploitation offenses.
Bo D. Noble, 23, was arrested on charges related to promoting a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance.
Noble was arrested as the result of an undercover investigation by the KSP Electronic Crime Branch. The branch discovered that Noble had been communicating and exchanging images with a juvenile female.
Police gave a search warrant at a residence in Hazard on Nov. 21. Equipment that was used to allegedly commit the crime was taken to a forensic lab for examination.
Noble has been charged with the following:
- One county of promoting a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance - First degree
- One count of prohibited use of an electronic communication system to produce a minor - First degree
Promoting a minor is a Class B-Felony and is punishable by 10 to 15 years in prison.
Prohibited use of an electronic communication system is a Class D-Felony and is punishable by one to five years in prison.
Noble was taken to the Kentucky River Regional Jail.
