LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Lawrence County man has been indicted in federal court after being accused of multiple instances of producing, distributing, receiving and possessing child pornography.
Dale Fraley, 48, has been accused of enticing two minors to engage in sexual activity and distributing images of the acts over the internet.
The incidents allegedly took place from November 2017 to March 2018.
Fraley has also been accused of receiving other images of child porn from November 2017 to August 2018.
The production charges are the most serious, carrying a potential sentence of 15 to 30 years in prison.
