PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Pulaski County man has been indicted on federal charges for producing and receiving child pornography.
Rex Doane, 34, had previously been arrested for soliciting a juvenile online.
In the new charges, he has been accused of convincing an underage victim to produce porn. He is also accused of receiving child porn online.
If convicted, Doane could face up to 30 years in prison for production and 20 years for receiving.
