LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Laurel County officers arrested a man who was jumping out at cars on US 25 with a clown mask and two butcher knives.
Police received a call on Wednesday around 1:30 p.m. about a man who was allegedly jumping out in the road in front of vehicles.
When police arrived on the scene, they found James A. Horton, 36 of Alabama, under the influence.
Police also found that Horton had two large butcher knives in his pockets and a clown mask in his possession.
Horton was charged with public intoxication and was taken to the Laurel County Detention Center.
