KENTON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Kenton County woman has been faced with a federal indictment after being accused of stealing $159,000 from her grandmother.

Melissa Lynn Phelps was serving as her grandmother's caretaker when prosecutors said she obtained account numbers for her grandmother's bank and investment accounts.
