ADAIR COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — An Adair County woman has been accused of letting a teenage boy use her vape pen, which police said led to an overdose.
According to the Columbia Police Department's Facebook page, Jessica Bennett, 21, admitted to letting the 16-year-old boy use her vape pen, which contained a concentrated form of marijuana.
The teen was transported to the hospital for treatment.
Bennett has been charged with marijuana possession and unlawful transaction with a minor.
