FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police are working a serious crash in Frankfort Friday afternoon.
According to the Frankfort Police Department and Emergency 911, officers are on the scene at Versailles Road between Hanley Lane and Jett Blvd.
KSP says two cars crashed while traveling north on Versailles Road which resulted in one car going off the right shoulder and crashing into Taco Bell.

KSP can confirm that three people in the restaurant were taken to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
Police say the road will be closed for an undetermined amount of time.
