LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The outer loop of New Circle Road near Leestown Road in Lexington is open for the morning commute after a brief overnight closure caused by a wrong-way crash.
Police said a vehicle heading the wrong way hit a semi-truck at about 3 a.m. Monday. No one was hurt in the collision.
The driver of the vehicle is suspected of driving under the influence and faces charges, police said.
