According to WAVE, human remains were found in a park in Louisville.
The remains were found at the Iroquois Park around 5 p.m. on Wednesday, according to Lamont Washington, a Louisville Metro Police Department spokesman.
The Louisville Metro Police Department's Homicide Unit will be investigating this incident.
Washington said that the bones found seemed to be weathered, according to WAVE.
WAVE reported that Washington said they are hoping to release more information in the coming days.
