PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Pulaski County man has pleaded guilty to possessing child porn.
The Commonwealth Journal reported that Ardyth Ray Prather III of Science Hill changed his plea last month.
Prather has now been set to stand trial in April.
The paper also reported that Prather agreed to a five-year split sentence that would call for him to serve three years in prison with the final two being probated.
Prather has been set to be sentenced in January.
State police said they searched Prather's home in December of 2017 and reportedly found images of child sexual exploitation, which police said he admitted to producing in Florida.
