Richmond mayor orders flags to half-staff in honor of coach Roy Kidd

RICHMOND, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Mayor of Richmond, Robert Blythe, ordered all flags to fly at half-staff on September 18 in honor of legendary EKU football coach Roy Kidd.

Coach Kidd passed away at the age of 91 on September 12.
