LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Road crews across the Commonwealth say they have made good progress in clearing roads.
They used salt to help speed up the melting process.
However, officials say you should still be careful while driving.
Wet roads can cause issues even if the temperatures aren't cold enough to create black ice.
If ice were to form, it would first show up on bridges, overpasses, and ramps.
