ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Rockcastle County Schools announced that they will dismiss at noon on Monday, Nov. 24, due to a water main break in the county.
According to school officials, the AM preschool will also dismiss at noon and there will be no PM preschool.
