LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — An SUV has crashed into the front of the University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union at Beaumont Center.
According to the Lexington Fire Department, the driver is an elderly man and accidently hit the wrong pedal, causing him to crash into the front door.
There was no structural damage to the building. No one was hurt inside or outside of the building.
According to the Lexington Fire, the building will be secured once the car is towed out.
This happened around 11:20 a.m.
The Federal Credit Union will be closed for the remainder of Saturday.
