NELSON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Nelson County teen accused of killing another juvenile has been moved to adult court and indicted by a grand jury, according to the Kentucky Standard.
According to the paper, Jacob Fulkerson, 15, was indicted on charges of wanton murder, tampering with physical evidence and receiving a stolen firearm.
Chris Metzger, 17, was shot and killed in Bardstown back in May of 2019.
Fulkerson's bail has been set at $250,000 cash.
Fulkerson has been scheduled to be back in court on October 3.
