SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A man accused of attacking a woman at a Scott County cemetery has been scheduled to go on trial at the end of September.
Brice Gross told police that he was planning to strangle a woman, put her in her car, then driver her car into the water back in 2017.
Gross did not get that far and the woman is okay.
In a jail interview, Gross told LEX 18 that he has multiple personalities and, at the time of the incident, his sinister personality took over.
Gross' trial is set to begin September 23.
