WINCHESTER, Ky. (LEX 18) — Winchester Fire Department responded to a roof collapse on E. Lexington Avenue where one person is suffering minor injuries.
We're told a parapet wall collapsed on a roof of a 3-story commercial building.
The roof isn’t currently deemed at risk of further collapse.
