ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — An Ohio man was killed in a multi-vehicle collision on I-75 in Rockcastle County.
The crash happened Sunday night just before 10 p.m in the northbound lanes of the interstate. Construction crews say a Dodge Dart was traveling northbound near mile marker 78 when the driver had to abruptly stop. A Dodge pickup slammed into the back of a KIA which subsequently crashed into the Dodge Dart.
A passenger in the Dart, Eric B. Calhoun, 49, of Middletown, Ohio was pronounced dead on the scene.
Officers are still investigating the collision.
