LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A pedestrian has been injured in a crash on Nicholasville Road.
According to Lexington police, the crash occurred at Johnston Road. All inbound lanes are shutdown. Officers say that a pedestrian darted in to traffic and was struck by a vehicle.
The man was not breathing at the scene and was transported to the hospital. There is no update on his condition.
Collision reconstruction units are investigating. The road has since reopened.
