It's National Tailgating Day, and the weather will be perfect for Cats fans. Not as warm and less humid with temperatures in the 70s this afternoon. Skies will gradually clear throughout the day. Talk about a spectacular start to the weekend! There will be a light breeze throughout the game under mostly clear skies with temperatures falling into the upper 60s by the end of the game. Tomorrow won't be so bad either. The day will start in the upper 50s and end a little warmer with highs in the low to mid 80s and a touch of humidity. This is just the beginning on a warming trend that will take us through next week. The heat will really as highs return to the low and mid 90s. It will be getting muggier too. Tuesday will be the hottest and "swampiest" with highs climbing into the mid 90s. Most of the week will be dry. There are two small chances for storms - one Monday and another on Wednesday.

Meanwhile we are still talking about Dorian. This is a rockstar storm. It is still churning as a hurricane past New England. Another landfall as a category 1 hurricane will take place today in Nova Scotia. Dorian will continue on into the northern latitudes and become a sub-tropical storm.
