LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Bella Rae is our Pet of the Day on Feb. 9! She is a 9-year-old Beagle mix. She loves going for car rides to get pup cups.
Bella Rae is currently in foster care and has been available for adoption for over 30 days.
