HENDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — LEX 18 has learned about a shooting in Henderson County that has left an Indiana teen dead and two others hurt.
The shooting happened at a banquet hall in Henderson County on Saturday.
Police said that more than 100 people were attending a party when a fight broke out on a nearby street.
LEX 18 has been told that the 18-year-old victim from Evansville, Indiana was found unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene.
Another person who was shot is in critical condition, while a third victim was treated and released from the hospital.
Police arrested Japaris Baker, 18, of Henderson, who is not charged with both first and second degree assault.
Police said the shooting of the teen who was killed remains under investigation.
