SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police in Scott County need the public's help in finding a man they said went out of compliance with sex offender registration.
Andrew Lay, 30, was convicted of first degree sexual abuse of a 13-year-old in Woodford County, but had been living in Georgetown.
Georgetown Police said he is gone and they have no record of where he is.
Police said Lay has a history of being armed and fleeing police.
