LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Louisville man has been arrested after police said he admitted to raping an 8-year-old girl and hitting her in the head with a shovel.
Cane Madden, 29, has been charged with rape and assault, as well as robbery, after police said he also took the girl's iPad.
Police also said that the girl suffered serious injuries, including a skull fracture and multiple cuts and bruises.
Madden is now being held on a $1 million full cash bond.
