ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — The northbound lanes of I-75 were closed at mile marker 71 due to a crash involving a tractor trailer and a Greyhound bus.
All lanes have reopened.
The Rockcastle County Fire Department tells LEX 18 that there are 15 patients in the crash, but he did not say the extent of their injuries.
