We are caught in the midst of rounds of rain. After showery activity today, rain will ramp up by wake up tomorrow. Some rumbles of thunder are also possible. This round will wind down during the afternoon. It will also be getting cooler as the day goes on. We're not done with the rain yet. Another area of low pressure will develop to our southwest and will pass right overtop of us on Saturday. It's going to be a raw day with wet, breezy, and cooler conditions. Layer up and pack the rain gear if you'll be heading to Kroger Field to cheer on the Cats.
The weekend will end drier and chillier. The pattern will remain dry with rising temperatures through the first half of next week. We are still keeping an eye on rain chances for your Thanksgiving travels. The next batch of rain is set to arrive Tuesday and exit by Thursday morning. Thanksgiving and Black Friday look dry and chilly right now.
