ROWAN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Rowan County Jailer is asking for help in the search for an inmate he says walked away from work detail Friday in Morehead.
The jailer tells LEX 18 that Roger Lynn has multiple tattoos, including one on his neck that says "Hayden."
He is described as being 5'11'' and weighing 160 pounds.
