It finally happened! We are waking up to the first measurable snowfall since November. It's a fluffy, wet snow that wants to stick to anything it can. Be aware that the roads will likely be slick and/or snow covered this morning. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for the entire area until 1 PM. The snow will diminish throughout the morning. A few snow showers can't be ruled out during a cold and blustery afternoon. 1"-3" of total snowfall are possible by late-day.

Outside of some evening flurries, tonight is just cold. An upper-level system will push through the Ohio Valley tomorrow and carry a chance for scattered rain and snow showers. Any snowfall accumulation will be minimal at best. Any lingering snow will melt on Sunday. The sun will be out for a little bit and it will turn milder with a high near 50°.
