STARKVILLE, Ms- Kentucky handled adversity on the road, blowing a 15 point halftime lead, and holding on down the stretch for a 71-67 win over Mississippi State.

P.J. Washington had himself another fantastic game, scoring a team-high 23 points before fouling out with a minute left.

Kentucky left the door open for Mississippi State late in the game, as the Bulldogs cut it down to a one-possession game, but Kentucky was able to slam the door shut on the road for their 10th straight win.

Keldon Johnson scored 13 for Kentucky and Tyler Herro chipped in 12.

Next up for the Cats is a matchup with LSU at Rupp Arena on Tuesday.
