LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The outer loop of New Circle Road just past the Georgetown Street exit is back open after an early morning crash involving a semi-truck on Monday.
According to Lexington police, the semi-truck struck a barrier in the construction zone, becoming inoperable and requiring towing.
Police say there were no injuries and they are investigating the cause of the crash.
