The Lexington Police Department reports that I-75 southbound near mile marker 111 is down to one lane due to a crash involving three vehicles on Wednesday morning.
According to police, the northbound lanes were briefly shut down but have since reopened.
Police say that two people were taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. One lane of southbound remains closed as crews continue to the cleanup effort.
Officials noted that drivers should expect long delays until at least 12 p.m.
