The Lexington Police Department reports that I-75 southbound near mile marker 111 is down to one lane due to a crash involving three vehicles on Wednesday morning.
According to police, the northbound lanes were briefly shut down but have since reopened.
Police say that two people were taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, and two lanes of southbound are expected to be blocked for several hours.
