LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Lexington Fire Department reports that there is a significant traffic impact on I-75 southbound at mile marker 112 due to a crash involving five vehicles on Wednesday morning.
According to officials, two semi trucks and three vehicles are involved in the crash.
