LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The trial of a teen accused of making threats against Dunbar High School is underway after a lengthy juror selection.
Timothy Felker pleaded not guilty to second degree terroristic threatening. He was 18-years-old a tthe time he allegedly made the threats.
Police said he purchased an AR-15 with money he was given for a tattoo from his mother.
Felker is also accused of making threats against the school, as well as specific students.
A lengthy jury selection pushed the start of the trial to late Monday afternoon.
