LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The trial of a teen accused of making threats against Dunbar High School is underway after a lengthy juror selection.
Timothy Felker pleaded not guilty to second degree terroristic threatening. He was 18-years-old a tthe time he allegedly made the threats.
Police said he purchased an AR-15 with money he was given for a tattoo from his mother.
Felker is also accused of making threats against the school, as well as specific students.
A lengthy jury selection pushed the start of the trial to late Monday afternoon.
Opening statements are being made in the trial of Timothy Felker. He is the teen that is accused of making threats towards Dunbar High School.
